The D-TAG platform is designed for users with a basic understanding of data analytics. Training, onboarding, and support is provided to all of our subscribers.
How does the D-TAG Analytics Platform gather data?
D-TAG Analytics relies on in-house data crawlers as well as partnerships with various premium content aggregators in order to provide a constant stream of multi-channel live and historical data.
What languages can the D-TAG Platform analyze?
Currently, we support 31 Natural Language Processing languages leveraging our access to market-leading technology. Additional language localization for a currently inexisting language may be done upon request. Please consult our website for an updated list of covered languages.
Which languages are available for the D-TAG Platform UI?
The Platform and its Dashboards are available in English, German, Czech, Hungarian, Slovak, and Croatian.
Can I customize my subscription and D-TAG Platform experience?

Yes, D-TAG Analytics is mindful of the various special requests needed by our Clients to ensure a satisfactory use of our Platform. Please contact support@ditag.eu for more information.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, however your payment terms and access to the platform shall remain subjected to your current signed subscription contract agreement.

Can I opt for a monthly subscription instead of annual?

Non-annual subscriptions are available on a special case-by-case basis. Please contact support@ditag.eu to explain your use case.
